The Business Office Contact and Time Study is one of the Part 36 preparatory studies. The objective of the local business office study is to analyze the time spent by business office personnel in contacts with customers. The business office time and contact studies provide the basis for the segregation of business office expenses between job functions and jurisdictions.
WGA has an internally developed process for conducting local business time and contact studies. The results of these studies are inputs into the Revenue Management System (RMS).
WGA is prepared to perform business office time and contact studies for your company, or we will provide you with the training to meet your own requirements.
