WGA has an internally developed software program, Traffic Management System (TMS), which automates the calculation of traffic factors for separations and access cost study purposes. TMS interfaces with digital switches and produces monthly, quarterly and annual traffic factors. In the case where traffic information is needed on a relatively real-time basis, TMS will provide such information. TMS can also be used to provide engineering study information from the telecommunications company's switch.
