Revenue Management System (RMS) is the original personal computer software program developed to facilitate the filing requirements of FCC Parts 36/69 rules. RMS was created and copyrighted through TeleInfoSystems, Inc., which develops and markets informational products for the telecommunications industry. RMS was the first program of its kind and remains the industry standard. RMS has been used in over 200 telephone study areas by regulatory agencies, consulting firms and telephone companies. RMS is supported by Warinner, Gesinger & Associates, LLC.

RMS has two system components. The cost allocator component offers mechanized spreadsheets to compute revenue requirements in accordance with FCC Parts 36/69. The revenue manager component monitors rates of return and helps project costs, expenses, earnings and revenue requirements monthly, quarterly and annually. Revenue manager uses jurisdictional ratios generated from cost studies developed by RMS. Applying these ratios, RMS alerts you if your current revenue requirements deviate from historical trends.

Warinner, Gesinger & Associates, LLC continually enhances RMS and regularly provides RMS users with program updates as needed to remain current with changing FCC cost allocation rules and software technology.
